I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies in Apr 2013
Interview
Was recruited at my college campus. I first had a phone interview with a college recruiter. It was super casual. Then I had a formal interview with the recruiter and the director of the program I was applying for. This one was a little more formal. A few "About Yourself" questions mixed with situational questions.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
