I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
I recently had an interview with this company, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My interview was scheduled at the very end of the day, and it felt like the panel was visibly tired and uninterested. The entire interaction lasted only around 10 minutes, which felt rushed and did not allow me to properly showcase my skills or experience.
What stood out the most was that there were no role-specific questions asked. Instead of assessing my technical expertise or problem-solving skills relevant to the position, the conversation felt very generic and superficial. This left me feeling that my time and effort spent preparing for the interview were not valued.
Overall, the process felt unfair and unstructured. Candidates should ideally be given an equal opportunity to present themselves, regardless of their interview slot timing. The experience left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring process.
The interview process was very fast moving and I had a positive experience. The recruiter was helpful in making decisions and the interviewers were professional and made the interview comfortable
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte in Feb 2026
Interview
Was easy going, online face to face. More of a chatting session. First asked about myself and my background. Then asked my what I understand about this role and a few more general questions about audit and assurance.

Question 1
Strengths and Weakness and how will they contribute to my role
Applied back in September, did a hirevue in November, got asked to have a two part interview in December. The two part interview consisted of a 30 minute behavioral with one person and a 30 minute scenario based technical.

Question 1
The behavioral had typical questions like when have you had conflict with team members and how did you deal with it. The technical was very similar to questions/scenarios that they provide on their website for practice.
