It was a quick interview with recruiter, followed by verbal and numerical tests, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a structured business case assessment to evaluate analytical and practical skills
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Two 45 minute interviews back-to-back. One is entirely behavioral and the other is entirely case. Standard behavioral questions with one curve ball: "Tell me a time when you used analytical thinking to navigate a risky situation." Did not have a good answer for this.

Question 1
Case: Firm X has seen a 20% decline in revenues. New alternative technology has reduced competitive edge and employee morale. You are given 25m to invest of 3 years. Develop a long term strategy to make up lost revenue.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in Sep 2019
Interview
I submitted my CV and cover letter online. I was called a week later to be invited to an assessment day in Milan. A week after passing the assessment I did a final interview.
Bad treatment, I was invited twice to Milan with no possibility for telematic presence (I was working in Rome) and they refused to reimburse the travel. Final round interview pretty basic with the person uninterested and careless from the beginning, low willingness to listen attentively.
Assessment centre organised as follow: start with company presentation and roles, then personal presentation of candidates around a table (group of 8); two tests of 30 min each, one gmat like the other verbal/logic; team games (4 people per group). Then, after lunch one interview with HR, very speedy and general.
