3 steps interview: HR, Manager and Director. HR was to check professional experience and fit with the company, quite relaxed discussion. Manager: more technical interview, digged deeper in my expertise, asked situational questions and concrete examples. Director: overall fit and still some technical questions.

First, i had the 1-1 interview with 1 Senior HR Officer in Deloitte in 30 minutes. After passing the first round i was sent writing test by mail and had to finish it in 2 hours . In that test i wrote 1 Announcement, 1 proposal, 1 email and translate 1 announcement to English. I stop in this round and didn't have chance to interview with HR Manager in the final. I think it was interesting experience and i highly appreciated the professional interview Process in Deloitte Vietnam.
