I interviewed back in 2022. They didn't ask any technical questions, just the commons ones like what are your strengths, what do you know about the company, etc. It was quite casual and not tense at all.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
