Interview
They have asked me to come by 11 AM. On that day company has scheduled interview for 220 people.I'm one among them.First,they have given an visitor ID card and asked me to sit.A person came and collected Resumes who are seated.After that he has taken 10-12 people including me with him to the second floor.There are so many people who are waiting for first round of interview who came @10AM.Lastly,after so much wait i was called for first technical round.The interview was so easy.Interviewer has focused more on OOPS concepts & SQL.LAter,he has asked basic questions in MVC.Interview was around 20 min.After that there was a second technical.Here,there are 2 interviewers they have asked indepth questions.I coudn't aswer it.so,they rejected me.
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
