Interview
I applied via my career portal and was invited to an on-campus interview.
First round interview was on campus with a manager. The interview consisted of him walking through my resume and was pretty conversational. The following week, I was invited to an Office interview in San Francisco.
We had a pre-interview social the night before. Applicants were assigned "Buddies" who guided them through the process.The actual second interview consisted of two 30 minute back-to-back interviews. One with a senior manager and another with a partner. Both interviews were quite casual and conversational. The senior manager asked a few behavioral questions to see if the applicant has Deloitte's core competencies (Communication, leadership, problem solving, etc..) These competencies can be found on Deloitte's website. After the interviews, associates took us to lunch at a nearby restaurant. Overall, the interview experience was good and the professionals I met were friendly.

Era una contratación masiva por lo que el método de la entrevista fue un assesment en el que hacían preguntas relacionadas a la carrera de contaduría, y debías cumplir con actividades en equipo y cuestionarios finales, la entrevista era grupal y tuvo una duración de 8:00 a 1:30, tenias que participar activamente, las salidas al baño estaban restringidas a 2 recesos de 10 minutos los cuales también ocupabas para comer, ellos te proporcionaban aperitivos en esos recesos, suele ser un proceso

The interview process was very informal and casual. The questions the interviewers asked were very behavioral in nature and rarely specific technical questions. No questions asked were shocking based on standard interview prep
A campus recruiter contacted after around a week of resume application to set up a Zoom interview. The interviewers (2) were overall nice, and relaxing and answered the questions I had.
