The job application was a very lengthy process. It consisted of an online job application, a game-based assessment, online tests, first round of interviews and second round interviews. However, I only got up to the first round of interviews in London. The day consisted of a case study and a one to one interview. You have about half an hour to look at the case study and then you have to reported your findings afterwards to your interviewer. Then for the next 30-45 minutes, they'll ask you competency questions based on one example of when you worked in a team.
