      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Contacted a couple of days after my initial application to do online tests. After that I was contacted for a first round face-to-face interview. At the interview I was given a case study related to a business and had 30 minutes to read through and prepare notes on it. Then the interviewer came in, and there was 15 minutes of questions on the case study. Simply just asking questions on how I would approach certain tasks within the scenario, and spotting odd or missing information within a set of payment details. Nothing too taxing or anything technical. Then there was 30 minutes of competency questions, I was asked to pick a particular time I worked on a project in a team and asked lots of questions about it. I was contacted several days later to arrange a final round interview. I was sent a presentation topic that I would have to talk about during the interview for 5 minutes. The interviewer started off by asking 30 minutes worth of competency questions - more team work and personal motivation related questions. Then I was asked to give my presentation - very informal, I just sat and chatted to the interviewer about the topic. I also brought in a printed handout that bullet pointed my talking points, and also gave a copy to the interviewer as well. He then spent around 5-10 minutes asking questions related to the presentation. Worth thinking about how deloitte's services can relate to the presentation topic. Contacted a couple days later with a job offer but declined for another offer elsewhere.
