I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Brisbane) in May 2019
Interview
A typical graduate recruitment process: online assessment, then a phone screening, assessment centre and partner interview.
The assessment centre was 2 hours and we did a group case study, presented it to a manager working in the business unit applied for and then had 15 minutes for one on one interviews with them. They asked a couple of basic questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses and why I picked this business unit.
The partner interview was a behavioural interview with a partner and the business unit manager that I had for the assessment centre. At the beginning to get you comfortable they ask some simple questions such as why you picked your degree. They then go through some of the set behavioural questions they have to ask you, such as dealing with conflict
Describe a time when you had a conflict with a team member and a time when you've had to deal with demands coming from many places - how would you deal with them?

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Sydney) in Apr 2026
Interview
It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
