Really great process. Online test, group interview and one-on-one interview. They were really looking at personality, fit and career goals/motivations rather than skill set. I would recommend Deloitte to friends.

Example situation in group interview - how do we increase sales for this company?
The interview process was a group case study and then an individual interview. The employers are friendly and it was overall a good experience. For the individual interview it was the usual STAR questions.

After the application and got an online assessment link. After that, I was invited to the video interview. I could prepare to answer the questions in between. After submitting it, I could not receive any feedback though.
