I had a "Job Simulation" which was a mix of video interviews, writing exercises, numerical tasks and situational judgement questions. This was after a set of numerical tests which were the hardest I had done for any firm yet (until I did the civil service fast stream!)

Online test first and Job simulation followed, you will be notify if you are been selected to the assessment centre after pass Job simulation. Job simulation need you write an email to your manager and write a report based on the information been given.

Interview
First step is the online aptitude test. Followed by a group assessment where you are given a case study to discuss, the case study we used was not related to the field you apply just to see reasoning applied. After which you move to manager interview where they ask mostly competency based questions then to the partners interview.

A situation where I was in an ethical dilemma and how I handled it.
Online application which did not require a CV. Followed by online tests these included psychometric tests and a case study where reasoning behind data was required. This was followed by a recorded video interview, then an in person interview
