Interview
Applied online in late December 2020, was offered an interview towards the end of January, and received an offer less than a week later, much earlier than the rest of the Big 4. The interview itself was genuinely enjoyable and I felt very much at ease speaking to the two members of the department. After learning more about the company from my interviewers, I feel as though I was given an extremely fair opportunity to explain exactly what I am about in a relatively informal manner.

Question 1
I study business and languages so the first questions were based on my language studies, the rest were mainly just a walkthrough of my CV and the expected questions as to why I wanted to work for Deloitte/in accounting/in my department of preference in particular.
it was a time consuming and difficult process and there were a lot of questions for a 5 day internship and there was a lot of competition in general but it was overall a doable process
Online Assessment on 5 different aspects categorized by week days each day is a case study with staff at deloitte,
Monday > Ryan from HR
Tuesday > Sara from Audit
Wednesday > Robert from Tax
Thursday > Blake from Advisory
Friday > Tom the CEO/ Partner
I initially applied online through their website. I filled out a form and submitted my resume or CV. Following that, I had an interview via Zoom, where I was also required to complete and send a case study to the interviewers.
