So We had an aptitude round first(Logical+verbal+quants) then we had a face to face interview round. As for interview round your fluency and ability to explain things was checked(since the job position has to deal with consulting clients).. So think loud Whatever questions they give you, The approach matters rathaer than the answer..and you have to explain them why are you thinking that way, what all factors are you considering...and all

The process started with resume screening, and then a virtual interview with the hiring team where they asked me about my past internship works and some behavorial questions. The interview process completed within a day.

super friendly and more of a discussion. Ha d a presentation element which as also more of a discussion.
The interviwer was taking notes in a notebook however and so un sure how much of what I said they were able to note down which felt a bit unfair.
