J'ai donc été à Zaventem pour un group case qui a duré à peu près 1h30 : lecture individuelle du case, résolution du case et préparation à la présentation pendant 1h avec mon groupe de 5 postulants. Nous étions observés par un employé.
Ensuite, la présentation a duré 15min, et la séance de Questions/Réponses a duré également 15min (questions d'une RH).
J'ai eu la réponse dans l'après-midi et un appel quelques jours plus tard pour programmer les interviews individuelles.

Each applicant is randomly assigned into a small group and given an open-ended business problem with contextual information as reference. It is expected that the discussion should determine an optimal business plan by the end of the 20-minute session. A current employee sits in on the discussion and monitors each participant's performance.

First round was behavioral and very good convo and then case study that was difficult. Did not make it to second round but heard it was an even harder case study
