Process took two weeks, first interview with a recruiter, then a technical interview during 30-45 min aprox. with basic questions about Java and SQL, joins, left joins, EJBs, threads, JDBC.

Question 1
Whats the difference between a Session EJB and a Entity EJB.
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
