Very laid back. 2 interviewers, one was director and one an associate. Mainly behavioural. Nothing technical. Met with graduate programme associates prior to interview. Asked about what I knew about company and their values etc.

Interview
Applied online, and then got shortlisted to do an automated online video, which asked general questions including my understanding of the role. After that was called and set up with a zoom interview with a partner and other employee.
