Interview
Eerst een groepscase, dan 2 interviews. Eén met de recruiter en één met de toekomstige manager. Hierna een individuele case. De groepscase was vooral gefocust op softskills. Zowel de bespreking werd beoordeeld, alsook de presentatie van de case.

Question 1
Wat zijn je sterke en zwakke punten? Waarom wil je voor Deloitte werken? Hoe werk jij in teamverband?
Traag, duurt heel lang voor je mag komen veel gesprekken, vaak dezelfde vragen waardoor je zelf al vaak een andere optie hebt of zelf geen zin meer hebt om te gaan omdat de interesse weg is

Interview
First contact via telephone, short introductory conversation about your profile, interests and what you’d want to do at Deloitte. Secondly, a group business case with other candidates. Then, a regular HR interview. After this, there would’ve been an interview with a business partner, however I wasn’t selected for one.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
For the business case : general case with broad questions about how to implement X change at a company, or how to solve X problematic for a client (be it financial, HR, employer branding, etc.) 15 minutes of individual prep time followed by 1 hour of group prep and finally a short mock group presentation given to the client with your recommendations. Client then asks critical questions and challenges your ideas.
For the HR interview : basic questions such as “ Why do you want to work at Deloitte? Why consulting? What are qualities a consultant should possess according to you?”
