Classico colloqui, chiacchierata HR preliminare, colloquio tecnico successivo con una sfilza di domande inerenti allo stack tecnologico da loro utilizzato e un esercizio molto semplice. Successivamente ulteriore colloquio con HR per discutere di RAL, bonus e benefici. Peccato che dopo aver accettato, sono spariti nel nulla senza dire nulla. Complimenti per la professionalità. Se sono cosi nei colloqui non immagino lo schifo che si vive in azienda. Proiettile scansato.

Classiche domande trite e ritrite, quasi a botta e risposta.
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
