Applications are online with an average assessment like you find for other jobs. If you pass that you'll be offered a recorded webcam interview where you're given questions via video and you record your answers. If you pass that, then you're invited for F2F interview, which for me consisted of 6 standard HR type questions (tell about a time when ______). Not hard, but not a free pass either, so if you don't come in on time and looking and acting professional you won't go any further. If you're selected, you'll spend the next 3 hours or so filling out paperwork and getting instructions on what to do next (drug test, PAT), so plan to be there all day just in case, as they will NOT bend to your schedule, they have too many candidates to do that for every one. Assuming your background/drug/physical tests all come back positive you'll be called with a start date for training, which consists of 1 week of computer based compliance training, one week of classroom, and one week of OJT, 40 hours each week.
