Interview
Had a phone interview the day right after applying online and filling out the questionaire. The phone interview was easy going and easy questions about sales and past employment took like ten minutes. Was told I passed the interview and would be called to schedule my next interview. I thought it would be a second phone interview. Never heard from them for two weeks, then got a call yesterday for a one on one interview that was this morning.
Went to my one on one. There was 5 other people there waiting to be interviewed and 7 people didn't even show up.. We watched a quick movie and took notes, then I had my interview and was asked many questions about sales and how to sale a product.
She then told me I did great and that after the background check is run which takes about a week, I'll be called and told if I got the job or not. I'll let you all know if I get accepted or not. I feel like I did really well. I was the only one early and dressed up nicely. I hope I get it. :)

I was sent an email to complete the HireVue interview, and after reading a ton of these reviews I thought I would have all the questions covered - wrong. None of the questions they asked me were the same as what I read on here! Overall it was not too difficult, but it really threw me off because I was expecting the same questions as everyone else. Also, for this job the interview was not a video recording, it was only audio. So I got all dressed up for no reason, lol. Anyway, hopefully these questions will help the rest of you! Will update later on if they contact me.

1- I applied online, 2- Interview online digital interview for Customer Experience Specialist called hire vue, you have to answer 3 question. 3- Face to Face interview in group. Following the informational film, each candidate met individually with a Delta supervisor for a one-on-one interview. After 2 weeks the HR called offering the job.
