      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

I applied for 2013 Flight Attendant LOD Position. I was offered CJO at the end of interview. The key to success is all about preparation. -Find yourself a very nice black/navy suits, black heels and white collar dress shirt, black purse preferable. Just look like a flight attendant. -From now on, practice your communication skill. If you're quiet or shy, that's not a good sign. Delta is looking for people with good personality. Someone that's friendly, polite, funny, responsible, take initiative, humorous, etc. But, do not panic if you're not. Because when you really want to be Delta, you can change yourself. Say hi to all the people you see in the supermarket, clothing store, and join some events or activities to create more opportunity to meet with new people. -Interview preparation. It's all about customer services. If you're experienced in customer services, think of your past experience how to deal with people, how to communicate with people when they don't speak the language, and what do you learn the most from customer service. Be genuine and sincere when thinking of an answer, because that's all that matters. -Have a good attitude towards anything!!! -PRACTICE! PRACTICE! AND PRACTICE! That's how I got my CJO. Good luck to all the future candidates!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There will be an PA announcement to be made on your own. Don't panic, just stay simple, and say it professionally. Delta wants to make sure you have the right attitude.
