Online interview where you need to have answered a series of questions ( Note some of those questions will be in the in-person interview if you pass the online). Face to face interview where you canadates meet as a group at first so everyone can introduce themselves and tell you about the company. Later on you get an individual interview, where they will tell you right there if you got it or not. They will have you sign some paper work that day and schedule you for drug test which needs to be done within 2 business days of the interview and fingerprint/background investigation.
