I applied online and 5 days later. Received a phone interview. I was at school and wasn't able to talk 20-30 mins so the recruiter gave me a number to call back when I'm ready. I called back at home and been interviewed by a really nice guy. He gave me 20 mins first round interview. It went well. Then he asked me to hold on. Then he told me that I passed. He would like to schedule 2nd interview for another time or continue right away. I then chose to continue. We had another 20 mins talk of 2nd round phone interview. It went well too. After this, he congrats me and guide me to go online to fill out additional information. The next day. I received an email gave me a link to go a Mandarin test. I finished that. It went well. I'm now waiting for the next step...look forward to hearing from them

The process has four different steps. First you send in your resume and wait to be called to the next step. From there you complete prerecorded assessment video, then a live video interview, and finally an in-person interview at the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia

I applied on line and was invited to do VI. 2 days after submitted, I was invited to do online assessment test. Some of the questions for online assessment test were very confusing.

It was straight forward and a nice experience. I applied online, did my initial assessment, then a recorded video introduction, then I did a phone interview to assess my additional language skills and a few days ago I received my invitation to the f2f. The whole process took about 2 months. If you do your research about the company and what will be expected from a flight attendant you´ll be fine! Just relax and have fun. I´ll be in Atlanta for the bilingual f2f interview on October 11. If anyone else is going the same day, let´s connect!
