online assesment, followed by phone interview, succeeded to a face to face

Hello! I had a phone interview on March 2,2018 Then on the following Tuesday I received an email about doing another phone interview. When I click to make the appointment it didn’t give me the option since it was showing the appointment I already had. I have called the recruiters line and sent an email but I haven’t received a response back. Can someone tell me if there’s anything else I can do? Thank you!
