Hiring process is done on steps, after application submission, you have an informal phone interview, if you pass that step, you get invited to a formal face to face interview. If you pass the interview you'll be notified of consideration, and finally a letter of offer of employment.

Basically the questions center around how you deal with people in fast paced, pressured situation, they are trying to evaluate your customer service skills to make sure you won't lose your temper or become unpleasant when dealing with the customers, especially if for some reason they become irate.
