It was outsourced when I got hired. Shouldn't be that hard to get employed now. They're just looking for bodies now. The questions are basically "Tell me a time where you faced...what did you do? what was the outcome.

Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

It went well the interview process was easy and quick.. they will send you a follow up email letting you know that you’re invited to the second part of the interview.. which is basically telling them about yourself

I applied and got a phone Interview two days later which came down to tomorrow date so I'm crossing my fingers and hopefully things go great.Ill be letting you know how everything play out after tomorrow
