      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

I applied on 19th April 2015. Immediately after, I got an email thanking me for applying and I was asked to complete an online assessment. I didn't see an assessment link when I signed in because I had already completed it when I filled out my application. Three days later, on 22nd April 2015, I received another email saying that I have been selected to move forward to the next step in the selection process which was a recorded video interview via HireVue. On that same day I received another email with a link to my video interview which should be completed within 3 business days. I completed my video interview on the 24th April 2015. Although I received an email right after saying that my digital interview was successfully submitted, I had trouble uploading my responses to each of the five questions that were asked. I had to close the app and reopen it every time. Thankfully I was always able to continue where it stopped. I used the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format when answering my questions. It was hard for me to remember to smile because of how nervous I was. This forum helped me so well in preparing me for my video interview and gave me an idea of what to expect, although I was still so nervous while recording. I wore a navy blue suit with a cream top under the jacket, simple makeup (my lipstick was not very bright, although other people said its OK to wear red lipstick) and my hair was off my face. Right now I'm waiting to find out whether or not I've been selected to move on to the next step. My friend applied a couple days before me and she has already received her try back next time email. I want to be a flight attendant so badly. Good Luck Everyone!

The process has four different steps. First you send in your resume and wait to be called to the next step. From there you complete prerecorded assessment video, then a live video interview, and finally an in-person interview at the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

It was straight forward and a nice experience. I applied online, did my initial assessment, then a recorded video introduction, then I did a phone interview to assess my additional language skills and a few days ago I received my invitation to the f2f. The whole process took about 2 months. If you do your research about the company and what will be expected from a flight attendant you´ll be fine! Just relax and have fun. I´ll be in Atlanta for the bilingual f2f interview on October 11. If anyone else is going the same day, let´s connect!
