Submitted resume through college. Got an email with an interview. It was 2 on 1, 30 min behavioral interview at Delta GO (general offices) with both my future bosses. I was offered the job 3 days later. Pretty chill recruitment process. Had to do a drug test and a background check before I could actually join.

Interview
I met the recruiter at the career fair and had a phone interview about 2 weeks later. I was only asked a few behavior questions nothing special. About 2 weeks after the phone interview I was offered the position.

Interview
I submitted my resume online, both through my university portal and the company website. After a 2-3 week waiting period, I was contacted and selected for a formal interview. The interview was held at the headquarters in Atlanta, right next to the airport(General Office - GO). The interview had two parts. The first part was behavioral. 5-6 standard behavioral questions. The second part was technical. They gave four separate questions with some basic arithmetic. Waited for about a week before hearing back and I got the job.
