I had the initial HR interview that went well. General questions with bacground and alignment with the role The second interview is with the hiring manager. For the 3rd and I assume, final interview, I asked to re-schedule due to a conflict. I did not hear back and later on found out that they moved on with another candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Bengaluru)

No feedback after third round. Recruiter went total mute.
Very clearly called out my technical skills in recuriter round and subsequent 2 rounds however last round interviewer had different technical skills expectations.
good, fantastic team with a great set of behavioral questions that were very interesting. The panel was very supportive, friendly and well organized. They were very knowledgeable.They had a smile on their favce throughout and were also encouraging
