Interview
I met with the director of operations and had a delightful interview. We were in the restaurant setting. I learned about her background as well as she asked me about mine. I also learned history of the restaurants. The interview was pretty relaxed as far as I didn't feel pressure or intimidation. I was able to be myself.

It was extremely easy. They do not ask a lot of questions. It is mainly background information they are after. Basically as long as you have a pulse they will hire you due to the fact they are 24 hours

Hiring manager was late. Seemed distracted. Asked questions I would ask a dish washer. He then kept looking at his phone. He was unprepared. Then he stepped out to smoke. I wouldn't wanna work for this guy
