They will just waste your time and efforts till the last round. I was interviewed for the Account Manager – Paid Social role at Dentsu through Aptita. The interview process consisted of 5 rounds spread over more than a month, all of which I successfully cleared. Throughout the process, the feedback during interviews was positive, and there were even salary-related discussions, which indicated that things were moving forward. However, after completing all rounds, I was rejected without any clear or formal explanation. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication from HR. Despite multiple follow-ups over email and WhatsApp, I did not receive a proper rejection email or timely updates. For a candidate who has invested significant time, preparation, and effort across multiple rounds, this felt very unprofessional. Dentsu is a highly reputed organization, and I expected a more transparent and respectful candidate experience. While rejection is understandable, clear communication and closure are the bare minimum candidates deserve.

Interview process was good. They hired me from college. There were four rounds. General Aptitude, Group Discussion, Technical interview, HR Interview. General Aptitude was simple. If you are prepared, its easy to Crack it. In group discussion, the topic given to our group was "AI : Boon or Bane". I just kept the discussion simple and clear without over explaining stuffs. In technical round, the interviewer asks few basic questions about python and sql. I answered them. He then asked me about business problems and potential solutions. It was more of a discussion. I was frank in discussing the business problems and potential solutions. In HR round, the HR asked about the company, my self introduction and that's it. I got selected.
