Derecktor Shipyards interview questions

Alot of Selling the Job and making sure you don't see all of the bad things about the job , long story short I fell for the high pay and good benefits without realizing that the main lathe is held together by a rope. I can't speak for the locations outside of NY but it certainly wasn't for me
