Designlab interview questions

Fast quick, emphasize and describe background. Good explaination of work scope. Small team but very quick phase working. Flexible working time. All covered by company. Good environment and good relation with co-workers.

The first round in the interview process was a general screening with the camera off, which I appreciated. In the second round, I met with the team lead for more role-specific questions. The third round was with another team member and the CTO, one of the co-founders. There were role-specific questions as well as those more focused on team and culture fit. The final step in the process was to complete a paid project.
