This was the first round one-on-one interview. The interview was around assessing if you could perform the daily responsibilities without too much training. There were not many technical questions, but they evaluated whether you could handle the job rather than focusing on your qualities. The atmosphere was quite serious and professional. All questions were asked in Chinese not English.
