Interview
Had an online numerical test before 2 rounds of interviews at the SG headquarters.
The first round was conducted by 2 middle management executives. The questions were mainly to assess fit. Approximately 9 potential interns were shortlisted for this role.
The 2nd round involved 2 upper management (COO & Director AM) executes. The questions regarding fit, and a greater emphasis on thought process.
The entire process lasted 2+ weeks.

Interview
Very efficient hiring process, completed online application (a few questions involved standard things about DB and the industry, as well as competencies) and did tests, then two rounds of interviews at their offices in London. Everyone is very friendly and try and make the process as easy as possible. The final round interviews are just 3 30min conversations with senior people for the asset management division. One of my interviews was just brain teaser-type questions.
