Online tests and then 2 face to face interviews in round 1.
Round 2/Assessment centre was 2 face to face interviews with a stock pitch as well. This was done with more senior people of the firm (think head of equity research london and Managing Directors of different industry groups.)
Good, interviews were very chill, brain teasers with a bit of industry knowledge questions, and then stock pitch for 5 mins on a chosen stock of your choice with follow up questions

Applied online. Passed online numerical tests. After 2 weeks got an invitation for a phone interview. 35-40 min. phone interview, a mix of technical and competency based questions. After that AC in the London office
