Depending on interviewer, mine was straight forward, more like getting to know you and whether you would be a good fit for the team. A lot of people in DB has been there for many years; on average , you will find those who have been there for 10-15 years. It's important to understand your CV thoroughly and think of some questions to ask at the end of the interview.
