Submitted resume through school career website. Got a phone call about a week later for an onsite interview at DB's headquarter. The interview took about 30 minutes. Basically just went over the resume in details and lots of behavioral questions. There might be some technical questions if you have a tech background.

I was invited to come to their New York office for an interview. I was interviewed by two developers. Like 30 minutes after finishing the interview I was invited to return the same day for the final interview. The final interview consisted of two rounds.
