I applied online first and after 1 month of consideration by Deutsche bank I was invited to the round of 3 interviews and 1 test. These 3 interviews were very different. The first one was to check my analytical skills and motivation, the second one was with the head of the department and the third one with potencial boss. I guess they all liked me, but test was too difficult to me, so I hasn't been made offer.

It was pretty straightforward. I was asked about SJT. Some questions about market awareness. Bond Rates, Volatility, Current Rates of Major Central Banks and Term Notes. Trading strategies that i would implement during the job.
