Interviewed for Global Transaction banking division. The interview was almost entirely behavioral, with a focus on group fit questions starting with "Tell me about a time that...". Prior to the interview, all candidates were taken out to lunch to prime steakhouse in the local town, where our social behavior and interactions were scrutinized (unbeknownst to us). I was just careful not to talk with my mouth full, remain polite to servers, etc.. Overall, a pretty positive experience.
