Interview
Stages consists of the following steps: 1. Application and Resume Screening for the hiring team to review qualifications and experience to assess fit for the role. 2. Phone Screening: a phone call from a recruiter for an initial screening. This conversation was focussed on your background, qualifications, and interest in the position. 3. First-round Interview: conducted by a panel of interviewers, including senior researchers and/or HR representatives to evaluate technical knowledge, research skills, and ability to work in a team and understanding of the specific sector or industry to be covering. 4. Technical Assessment: this involves a case study or a financial modeling exercise to assess ability to analyze data and make informed investment recommendations. 5. Second-round Interview which involves more in-depth discussions with senior members of the research team or potential colleagues. 6. Behavioral and Cultural Fit Assessment 7. Final Interview with senior executives or department heads to discuss long-term career goals, fit within the organization, and how skills align with the bank's strategic objectives.

You may be asked questions related to your previous experience, investment research techniques, financial modeling, market analysis, Also questions that assess your ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
HR call - then with all Team members including MD - last round includes modeling assignment. Process went smoothly, interviewer were nice. Experience was good. Had total of 4 calls with 4 separate people

Interview
Around 30 minutes with each team, 3 teams interviewed. Start with talking about how your research interest to see how it would fit in the working environment. Then you would help to brain storm some working related questions in their mind and offer some potential solution using your technical skills.
