The interview process was quick and well-organized, consisting of multiple stages. It started with an initial interview with the HR team, followed by two technical interviews that focused on assessing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
However, there seemed to be a mismatch between what was communicated and the actual content of the technical interviews. For the first technical interview, I was informed that it would focus on DSA whiteboard questions along with some live coding. When the interview took place, it was purely live coding for SQL and JavaScript, with no DSA questions at all. It would be helpful if there were better alignment and communication between the recruiters and technical interviewers so applicants can prepare more effectively.
Similarly, I was told to expect live coding in the second technical interview, but there was none. Instead, the interview focused more on behavioral and software development experience questions. It was frustrating to prepare extensively for topics that were not covered during the interviews.
That said, the recruiters were very nice, approachable, responsive, and flexible when it came to scheduling, which I really appreciated.
