First call with recruiter, then with hiring manager and then onsite with the team. On the day of onsite, I reached their office in San Diego. The security guy called the engineer who was supposed to interview me. He didn’t even know that he was going to take my interview. He showed up after half hour and took me to conference room. He also brought his laptop with him. He basically searched for interview questions on his laptop and asked me. The other engineer was on phone mostly. They don’t respect you and your time
