I've arrived through a contractor. They interview was in the company dependency. The duration was about 45 minutes with to lead programmers, and afterwards 30 minutes with the project manager.

Some tech question, but very vague, more about what was my pass experience in anyone of the programming languages, and tools. (specially .Net and C#)

Ghosted after spending 1 day interviewing. Makes me furious. Just because they are in a position of demand. I am hoping and praying people will teach them a lesson. Recruiter 15 min, Hiring Manager 30 mins and 5 additional interviews from other team members. Some of them would be technical and others behavioral. So me were 45 mins and couple were 30 mins

Questions on the resume and drilling on tech mentioned
HR phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, panel interview. Was obvious from the interview that the company does not know what they're doing from an engineering organization standpoint. It's worse than many startups.
