I applied for a role and eventually heard back from a recruiter to schedule an introductory conversation. We talked broadly about my background, what I was looking for, and some high-level details about the position. After that, I moved into a interview round that focused on general experience,
the company reached a decision and communicated the next steps, whether that involved continuing discussions, extending an offer, or concluding the process.
Friendly, casual and well communicated. I only had an initial interview which was conducted at the head office site in central London. Questions asked during the interview where generally centred around customer service and sales and a few personality trait questions too.

Question 1
Why do you want to take on a trainee estate agent role?
They care to find out about you and why you’d fit and want the job. They do well in showing how the job will actually be which is clear, Smooth process altogether. I only declined due to unexpected circumstances.
