I passed 2 stages of interview - 1st was like an assessment and the 2nd was a video interview. Got a mail that i made it to the 3rd stage which was a face-to-face interview at their Nigeria HQ in Oba Akran. We did role-play, interview proper and a brief introduction to the staffs. While there some of the candidates were already assured of their position before the interview commenced. We submitted our driver's licenses and credentials and I have not gotten any feedback for over 3 weeks now. Other candidates who had direct connections in the company have however being offered employment and renumeration. I am disappointed by the whole process and not giving feedback to say the least. I expected fairness and merit for a multi national like diageo.
