Application form took a while to fill out and then assessments took more time. Only worth it if you really want the job. Had a telephone interview with a really nice interviewer. They asked standard interview questions: teamwork, leadership etc. But there were some pretty tough ones too. Most questions relating to the Diageo capabilities.

Interview
First a personality test to test suitability, then a test about different situations and how you would respond in such situations (such as dealing with clients, implementing new ideas). Once these are passed, you are invited to do an online interview, which consists of video answers and some written answers based on cases provided. If successful at this step, you will be called to interview on site.
