The whole hiring process using digital interview as filter. There is no personal touch at all. It looks like they searching for great youtuber or good talker.
They looking for youtuber instead experience personnel who are capable 🤔
it was a hard one in general. I had some anxious moments while replying to the questions, but my overall experience was okay. There were 5 to 6 questions that needed to be asnwered

Very efficient, but impersonal. Had to complete a logical test online. Very straight forward application. They got back to me in good time, and laid out the interview process well.
