The interview process consists of 4 stages. The first stage was just to fill out your personal particulars. Second stage was to fill out a psychometric multiple choice test and thereafter they will send you your results. Third round is a video interview by HireVue. Questions were mostly competency based, but nothing that you cannot find from the interview reviews here! But do take note that the timings are not all 3min or 2min; it varies so be sure to check that out while prepping to plan your time. But yeah, no human interaction whatsoever, everything is automated. The final round is an assessment centre which I'm due for in about a week. Was wondering if anyone got any tips and advice about it?
